Chairman

Robert Whitaker, CTP

Bob Whitaker is Senior Vice President Corporate Finance for DHL in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining DHL in 2004, Bob held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T, including CFO for AT&T Capital - Latin America.  He is currently the Vice Chairman and Secretary of the AFP Board of Directors.  Bob has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2014 serving as chairman of the Policy Committee, chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, and member of both the Finance Committee and Ethics Committee.  Bob has been a member of the AFP Government Relations Committee, serving as the chairman of the Financial Accounting/Investor Relations subcommittee. He also participated on the AFP Annual Conference Planning Committee and has presented at the AFP Annual Conference.  Bob has been a member of the AFP since 2005.

Vice Chairman - Treasurer

Gaileon Thompson, CTP, FPAC

Gaileon Thompson is Senior Vice President, Head of Finance for Consumer & Small Business Operations at Wells Fargo and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she was Vice President of Finance at Conifer Health Solutions for two years, and has also spent over 15 years in various roles in financial services, including Senior Vice President, FP&A for CitiBank’s US Retail Bank Operations, and First Vice President, Finance for SunTrust’s Wholesale Deposits and Treasury Services. Gaileon is the Past Chairman of AFP’s FP&A Advisory Council and has contributed to multiple white papers and articles related to FP&A. She also served on the inaugural Conference Planning Task Force for FinNext and has presented at multiple conferences. She was a founding board member and treasurer of the North Florida AFP and is currently a member of the Dallas AFP. Gaileon has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, has served on the Policy Committee, and currently chairs both the Strategic Planning and Audit & Finance Committees. She has been a member of AFP since 2010.

Vice Chairman - Secretary

Michael High, FPAC

Michael High, CMA, FPAC, is currently the Business Unit CFO for Royal Dutch Shell’s Deep Water Gulf of Mexico based in New Orleans, LA. Prior to Shell, Michael served as a U.S. Army Officer. He has served on the FinNext Conference Planning Task Force and served as a panelist at FinNext. He spoke at AFP19 and has been a contributor to the AFP FP&A Guide, was interviewed for the AFP Conversations podcast series, and supported the FP&A Job Task Analysis workshop. Michael has been on the Board of Directors since 2018 and serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He has been a member of AFP since 2016.


Butler Tracy

Tracy Butler, CTP

Tracy Butler is Chief Executive Officer for ePac in Austin, TX. She is responsible for driving ePac’s overall financial and HR strategy with a focus on growth. Butler has more than 20 years of experience as finance executive in startup, mid size as well as large organizations. Prior to joining ePac, she was CFO at Sound Transit in Seattle, one of the country’s largest multi-modal, high capacity transit agencies. Before joining Sound Transit, she was the Treasurer at Salem Regional Health Systems and prior she was Management Consultant with Optima Management in Geneva/Zurich, Switzerland. Tracy has served as a member of the 2019 FinNext conference task force, the 2020 AFP annual conference task force, the FPA advisory board and participated in multiple AFP interviews and marketing material development efforts.


Gina Collis

Gina Collis, CTP

Gina Collis is Treasurer – Asset Management in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia. Prior to joining the District, Gina was Chief of Staff and Executive Advisor to the President/COO at Vulcan, Inc. a privately held multi-billion-dollar diversified company. Prior to Vulcan, she was Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Discovery Communications, Inc., a global media company. Gina has served on the AFP Annual Conference Task Force Planning Committee, served on the Pinnacle Award Selection Committee and has been a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference. She also participated in regional Corporate Treasurer Council roundtable discussions and previously served on the Greater Washington AFP board for many years. She has been a member of the AFP since 1990.


Past Chairman

Terry Crawford, CTP

Terry Crawford is former senior vice president and treasurer for AMC Entertainment Holdings in Leawood, Kansas. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014, serving on the Audit and Finance Committees. He also served on the AFP Annual Conference Planning Task Force and the Treasury Advisory Group, serving as the chair in 2012-2013. In addition, Terry is a member of the Wells Fargo Retail Advisory Board. At the local level Terry is a past president of the Kansas City AFP. Terry has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference and Retail Industry Roundtable, speaking on various subjects, since 2003. He has also contributed to several articles and publications since becoming a Practitioner Member in 1998.

Eric Ellis

Eric Ellis is Chief Financial Officer at the National Restaurant Association. Prior to joining the National Restaurant Association, he has held several progressive financial roles with Allstate, Coca-Cola, & Porsche Cars of North America. He has been a speaker at AFP FinNext Conference on digital transformation. Eric currently serves as a member of the FinNext task force, the FP&A Advisory Council and attends local AFP roundtables.


Christopher Fulton, CTP

Chris Fulton is COO at Pryor Cashman, LLP in New York City, responsible for the firm’s operations, including finance, technology, business development, human resources, practice development, facilities, and other direct legal support. Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, he was COO and CFO of litigation powerhouse Selendy & Gay in New York City. Chris was formerly Treasurer of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, NY where he served as the treasurer of the Skadden Foundation and acted as financial administrator of the Skadden, Arps Honors Program in Legal Studies at The City College of New York. Chris has worked with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as vice president, corporate treasurer. He has been a presenter, as well as an exhibitor, at the AFP Annual conferences. Chris has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014. He has been a member of the Finance Committee and currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a member of AFP since 2005.


Jonathan Hall, CTP

Jonathan Hall is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the YMCA of San Diego County. With revenues over $200MM, it is the largest Y affiliate in the US. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer, Krause Holdings, Inc., a diversified holding company in Des Moines, IA, with businesses in retail convenience stores, real estate development, transport, and wineries. He previously served as Vice President, Finance, and Strategy/CFO with Walmart Services in Bentonville, AR. Prior to joining Walmart, Jonathan served as Chief Financial Officer, Supply Chain Business Unit at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. He has held senior-level finance, strategy, treasury/capital markets, corporate development/M&A, and accounting positions of increasing scope and leadership responsibility. He began his career in banking with The First National Bank of Chicago. Jonathan has written multiple articles on capital structure and corporate performance management for the AFP Exchange Magazine. Jonathan has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014 serving on the Policy Committee and most recently on the Audit Committee. He has been a member of AFP since 2012.


Jordan Krugman, CTP

Jordan Krugman has been with Invesco since November 2007 and currently serves as CFO - Americas. Mr. Krugman joined Invesco as a member of the Corporate Treasury group, most recently serving as Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Krugman worked at The Gap, Inc. in San Francisco from 2003 through 2007 and was a member of the company’s international treasury team. At Gap, he was responsible for the management of the company’s foreign exchange hedging program, international cash management and treasury support for international growth initiatives. He has been a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference Executive Institute on leadership development. Jordan has been a member of AFP since 2007, has served on the Annual Conference Task Force Planning Committee, and a Board Director since 2014.

Tamara Saront-Eisner, CTP

Tamara Saront-Eisner is Treasurer and Vice President of M&A, Americas at Air Liquide where she is responsible to lead treasury and merger and acquisitions functions in all the Americas. Prior to joining Air Liquide in 2015 she was at Repsol where she held strategic and operational finance positions in international and domestic assignments. She was President of the Houston Chapter of the non-profit organization Women's Energy Network where she currently serves in their Advisory Council. She was named, by Houston Woman Magazine, as one of Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2016, Tamara has served on the Annual Conference Task Force in 2011 and 2012 and was a speaker in 2017. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018 and currently serves on the Finance Committee. She has been a member of AFP since 2007.

Fred Schacknies, CTP

Fred Schacknies is the Vice President and Treasurer at TechnipFMC in Houston, TX. Previously he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. Prior to joining Hilton, he held various treasury roles with Constellation Energy and Lucent Technologies. Fred has been an active member of AFP having served as a Pinnacle Award Judge and co-chair of the Annual Conference Task Force. He has been a contributor on several AFP webinars and panels. His team at Hilton received the 2015 Pinnacle Award Grand Prize. He served as a member of the Board Policy Committee. He has been a member of AFP since 2009.

Geetanjali Tandon

Geetanjali Tandon is the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ceridian. Prior to joining Ceridian, Ms. Tandon was VP FP&A at Centralsquare in Orlando, Florida. Prior to Centralsquare Ms. Tandon was served various roles in FP&A at Bayer Crop Sciences (previously Monsanto) for about 8 years including Digital Transformation Finance Director, CFO of IT function, US row crops finance lead etc. Prior to joining Bayer Crop Sciences Geetanjali worked with Capital One Financial Services for seven years based in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. Ms. Tandon has served as a member and chairman of the AFP FP&A advisory task force. She has contributed articles in the Exchange magazine, participated in podcasts and webinars for AFP as well as presented at FinNext conferences.

Meredith Vance, CTP

Meredith Vance is Senior Vice President and Treasurer at NTT DATA Services in Plano, Texas. Prior to joining NTT DATA, she was Assistant Treasurer at PayPal, Inc. and eBay Inc. Meredith has deep expertise across global treasury management in both a corporate and advisory capacity. She has served on the AFP Treasury Advisory Group and has been a speaker at several AFP Annual Conferences. In 2016, she was awarded the highly commendable Best Liquidity Management Solution from Treasury Today. Meredith has been on the Board of Directors since 2018 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. She has been a member of AFP since 1998.
